I would like to seek clarification regarding the allowance structure for employees at the New Vistas location. It has come to my attention that the allowance provided to staff at this location is considerably lower compared to other locations, despite everyone working on the same project.

Could any one please explain the rationale behind this discrepancy? Understanding this would help in addressing any concerns and ensuring that all team members are treated equitably.
