In my case it's 5 Percent of basic. So it's a negligible amount only. For EP rating last year. How about others. I heard it's different for individuals. Probably based on ctc I guess. Like 5 % of basic, ctc or 10%

In hcl , there are two things: For few employees, 5% pb is still part of ctc.. And for few employees, 5% pb is over and above ctc

Employee performance bonus depends upon quarterly rating from manager , if feedback from client is good then you can fight with manager to get best rating to get 100% epb. Otherwise hcl will anyway cut it depends on rating
