Want some suggestions if I get a good opportunity hike currently I am in support role joined recently in notice is 3 month so to get early release I request jy manager if they don't allow me and I resign and I stop doing login and no respond to calls meeting emails will they release me if yes will my bgv from other company will cause problem because of this activity I will do in my current project if a call came to HCL for my verification will they give bas review but in my first project my review was very good. Also will they write all this bad things in relieving and experience letter?
I have the same situation where my manager is ready to release and he is saying Hr is not willing to release the resources early and I am willing to buy out my notice as well for one month. Anyone here kindly guide

Until you will not have experience/release letter from your current company, other company will not allow you to join. Either serve notice period or request your manager for early release
