Trending @HCL; I joined recently on NV location in HCL can I get transfer to my home town . HR say I need to wait for 3 years . How to get wfh or transfer?

Yeah it takes 3 years for transfer. Not sure management pushing many people in our team as well and no idea what ramifications who says no. Even I said for no as I have dependency my wife currently working in my current location.
