I am eligible to answer your query as I have been with HCL for 4 years. Since you joined in September, you will receive your bonus after completing one year, along with your subsequent hike. After that, your appraisal cycle will be aligned to March (in your case, March 2027). Going forward, your appraisal cycle will follow the April–March schedule.
