Trending @HCL; I joined hcl in April 2022 as a fresher then sep 2023 I went on maternity leave now no project or interview call got and they are saying to sign resignation paper we don't hv opportunity

Now a days HCL bench time is only one month.If your more than one month on bench they will ask you for resignation

If they are asking to resign means they have made up their mind and you can't do anything about it.

Don't resign. Ask them to send an email. Visit the office regularly and keep yourself compliant.
