Trending @HCL; I joined hcl 5 days back, Project which they are assigned to me is not good or manager is very aggressive. Can i reject the project?
Project which they are assigning to me, manager is very aggressive and told me to 5 day wfo or follow company policy… can i reject the process ?
If you are not interested mention in email that project is not alligned to my career goal and ask for other project or releaae from project.In this way you convey your concern.if nothing works then report to HR and take bold step not to participate any activity in project.but when you take this type of step you are taking calculative RISK and your time shit not approved as long as you not participate in your projet but surely you got the path
Yes you can ask for release, but you would find it difficult to find a new project in HCL as of now.
At the most you'll be asked to escalate and feedback will be provided to the manager is what you'll hear and nothing much happens adding to our disappointment, sorry. But try reaching out to the HR and try to put your problem into clear words so that they understand what exactly you are going through. All the best.
