Trending @HCL; I have resigned from HCLTech, how to serve a notice period of 30 days?

I have resigned from HCLTech finally l. I was waiting for the yearly bonus for 2 whole months, but now I have reached my limits. I have submitted my resignation letter and told the manager I don't want to work anymore. But he's still saying I have to serve a 90 day notice period. What should I do?? 😭😭😭

Ask him to move to Banch...once u release within month u can fly

If you don't have any offer in hand then don't take risk..once accepted by RM..it's hardly to take it back from your side .for release if RM agree then hcl will release but deduct basic of rest short notice period..
