Trending @HCL; I have knowledge on Automation Testing & I am Functional Tester with 7 years of exp, still I don't get opportunity in Automation Testing.

Why do we have to fake it until we make it ? Why can't companies provide opportunities within the project because the project won't leave you until it's ramp down.

It's difficult for me to fake it and people like me are faithful towards the company but at last recognition, good opportunity and appraisal is what makes employees like us happy.
