Hi, I recently joined HCL Software in October, and I had a few questions regarding the appraisal and performance bonus process.

When can I expect my first appraisal? Will it happen in October next year, or does it typically take longer?

What is the minimum percentage appraisal generally given?

Regarding the performance bonus mentioned in my CTC, in which month is it typically disbursed? Considering I joined in October, how much of the performance bonus can I expect?
I would appreciate it if someone from HCL Software could clarify these points for me. Thank you!
Bonus you will receive on 16th or 17th month salary. Performance Bonus range is 60% to 100%. (I got 80%)
Increment process is very slow and minimum percentage depends on your band.
I have completed 2 years in HCL, still I have not received any hike😓 But I know few people who have received increment after 18 months. (I think it depends on your manager)
