Trending @HCL; I got an offer of 8 LPA in quest global for c++ developer and my current salary in HCL is 6.5 LPA and I'll be moving to bench from 15th Jan.

Problem here is the company is not releasing my offer letter she needs an assurance that I'll join within 30 days so she needs a mail from our manager or HR. What should I do
