There is a thrick that employees themselves leave the company... Because no company is laying off it's employees...so in that situation, this tricks works. In that situation company has win win scenarios. Either employees leave the company or will continue on same package.

I did talk with my project manager. From the tone of him it didn't seem they will make a change. He was telling me it was all decided at upper management and nothing is in our hand.
