Yes it is mentioned in the offer letter that I'll be having 90K as variable, however that will be measured by my performance.

Same here guys, when I join I saw a performance bonus component mention. Even though I am working hard and delivery assignments on time. My complete 3 months of EPB (Employees performance bonus amount got deducted.
