I asked my hr about project,he sent demand sheet,no way days all projects are wfo but I need WFH opportunity due 7 month old baby,I have2.5 year of Salesforce admin exp,if I am on client bench, how many months i will survive in this company without any project? Any one know

They will keep you on client bench for max 1 month if any opportunity is available for same client then they will try for you, else they will release you for hcl bench

Just pressurize your previous manager for any role in that project or else if you are on bench then max 3-4 months they will ask either to get billed with any project or resign
