I don’t think there is anything called bench policy. People were on bench for 2-3 months. But one thing is sure…if you are on bench, it becomes your responsibility to get a project. There are some agile team channels and groups. Make yourself visible there. Share your experience. And learn AI. Do some certifications. Keep yourself relevant and updated.
