You can get release only if you are E1.2 and above. Discuss with your RM and PM and inform them that you want to move out with some proper reason. It doesn’t happen immediately they also have to plan for replacement and KT so it can take some time

Stop responding to calls , also make them release you. Tell them you don't feel motivated enough to work ... You will be moved to bench
