Trending @HCL; How to get early release in HCL

Currently I am serving my notice period, but I want to get early release. I don’t know how to do this, if I ask them they’ll definitely gonna say no to me. Please help me, give me some suggestions

I tried that they are not confirming it . Even though they released few resources but same doesn't apply to me.

HCL is very notorious in these matters and does not have good reputation. If you arebin billing, they will not release you until your last day. They want to extract as much as they can from your billing. HCL managers and management team are deaf and dumb in these matters. They won't even respond to your emails and pings on teams.

On the contrary, if you are not billed directly to client, HCL will be in a rush to throw you out.

HR will call again and again to resign but will not give anything in writing.
