Trending @HCL; How to get early release from HCL ?

I received a very good job offer from another company but they want me to join within 45 days as they can’t wait for 90 days. Is it possible to get early release? If yes what are the different ways to get it? Please provide some suggestions

Yes, You can get early release, It's depends upon on your project you work and manager, I've seen people relieving early.

For non NV location there is a buy out option available, they will release in 30 days.

If you are in project then might be not possible, that totally depends on your manager and HR. Another way ask for release from project and then once yougot bench you will get early release.
Else ask for payout i dont know whether it exist here in HCL.

if your bonding with manager is good then you can get release within next day but it's not good then they will say i can get you release 3-4 days ago on 90 days period
