Some individuals try to hijack every successful project while blaming others for failures. They’re consistently negative, show no sympathy towards the team, and lack leadership skills. The worst part is their tendency to judge everyone. Recently, they complained to my manager that I’m not doing enough. Thankfully, my manager is supportive and told them directly that I am exceeding my goals and don’t need to report my progress to them. Worst part is they get promoted!
These unprofessional, insecure, talentless people are in every project. They won't do shit but will claim credit for every achievement.
And to save yourself to these kinds of people just prove them wrong at that place where he is strong I mean it's 99% chance that every person week in a single thing just find that and start chanting with this thing
Like if someone wrong in communication and showing himself legend just wait for good moment find the week point and then make them ashamed 😕
This rule known as "Jaise ko taisa" in english we say "tit for tat ".
Bro this is not only your condition this issue face everyone everyday to deal with it
Just follow the simple rule -
Be 100% clear and open it means if you are doing something just make a proof of it and it you did something by mistake just go for a proactive approach to your manager if you'll discuss something to your manager directly he'll help you to make it correct but if someone else will inform him then he'll inform him his way which will not good and make sure if you are doing something you are doing 100% right and if something wrong just go for a proactive approach
Also, in just start ignoring them those who wrosting you at every place such as after the meeting if you discussed something and they saying it was silly and easy just ignore them and give your best on your work
