Hr will redirect to manager’s RM. And HR are already aware about this scenario. In most of the exit interviews they get same response from employees but nothing gonna change. That is the culture. In one of my dept team, almost 90% team left at one single period, twice. But management cannot realize that people are not leaving company, they are leaving managers.

It will not work . Change the project asap
