Trending @HCL; How much time is bench period in HCL. ?

Bench policy changed from 3 months to 1 month but policy will change subject to package

Depends on the vertical you are. If u r on practice bench then it may go beyond 3months. But if u r on common bench then after 3 months they will try to poke u. I have been on bench at very start of joining hcl for around 2n half months but no one said anything. So dont know how it goes.
