Trending @HCL; How much hike can I expect

Recently I have been interviewed with HCL and got selected. Salary discussion is pending from HR side. My current CTC is 19.8 fixed. I am from SAP ABAP + Successfactor background with 9.6 years of exp. How much hike can I expect/ I can demand from HCL please suggest.
