What is use? not only for HCLite there is no use for any IT employee. We are not going to use it.

As an employee we won't stick with one company and we keep changing the companies just for hike, not actually we think about the company or project where we are working, we just see package and moveon

As a company, they will maintain for laws for us.

They have expensive lawyers, and we can’t afford the same. Ultimately, they will win. They can obtain the website logs from our laptops, Nippon accounts, and mobile bills, which we claimed had no personal use, and use them against us. They can exploit our weaknesses. Therefore, knowing the law won’t help us.
