Trending @HCL; How is the bench policy for lateral hire with 6+ YOE?

I joined HCLTech 2-3 months back for a specific project but it went on hold.

So, I was sitting idle for these 2-3 month and there is no projects for my skill sets here.

So, how much time I have here before they ask me to leave?
