Trending @HCL; How is the appraisal in HCLTech? I have heard some saying it is around 3-5% on basic, that's it! Is this true? Can I expect 15% minimum?

You will never get 15% and they delay it for year and give 1-2% even with no increment

Bro i have received 1%, after doing all types on shifts which are more than 10-12 hr daily. They will expect employees to work extra, but when it’s there time to do some extra for employees they will show you policies.

Before joining HCL my hike was always used to be in double digit. After joining HCL, I have never crossed 8%.

HCL follows a strategic approach if your salary is not higher they will give 10-16% appraisal but it is intended with retention and performance bonus, if your salary is high they give 1-5% only
