Trending @HCL; How HCL helps employees with certifications?
I'm planning to do azure and aws certification. Is there any subscription that HCL is providing to practice for the certifications (eg. Creating VM). How to apply for the certifications reimbursement and is there any special criteria for techbees?
Good to see that you're planning for a certification, you can apply for 100% discount voucher for these cloud certifications. I got some of them already, and I'm a TechBee so there's no special criteria for us. We all are treated as FTE so rules are same for everyone.
You can get a free voucher for the certification
Just follow the Benefits portal and L&D emails
And you don’t even need your RM approval unless you are going for the in-house trainings that are conducted
Every project has an upskill budget so just ask for your RM to process 100% reimbursement, and if your planning to do GCP/AWS then you got voucher to apply just apply for voucher
