When ever I apply I am not getting interview or nothing related to that Why they post there are some openings Is anyone working on weekends also And your manager is not providing compoff and allowance This is so disappointing in HCL Work culture is not good as a fresher here

I also had applied for multiple roles, but after 3 months I'm getting reply mail saying the role has been filled.

As long as I know these are the 2 methods. Plz add if anything else.
Method 1: In general they don't come. You need to follow to the auto triggered email (received after you applied to the position) in order to get the specific contact and approach them directly.
Method 2: Only through your personal contacts.
