Last time they eaten my 3 months hike arrears amount This time also they are following same thing as before They are giving 3% hike for for 2yr experience fellow Which I am having 3.6lpa LOL they grind us like anything They say nothing progress They give hike on these months Just not to loose employees So at this time hiring will be less accross
