I belong to E3 band and joined hcl during 2024 March, will I be eligible for hike , if so when letter will be released as I am hearing news from my colleagues stating that there is no hike for past 2 years 😕

I guess we can't expect anything from hcl , I got a compensation letter today where my ctc remained the same but they did component restructuring 🫤
