Trending @HCL; Highly Frustration

Very upset and disappointed , straight 3 annual appraisal in a row with no change in compensation, even no promotions. I think its to change now.. Anyone at ASOC level in same situation.

Hat's off to HCL for taking 4 months in preparing letters without any paychange ( copy and paste of last year's), Instead of aknowledging that due to budget constraints unable to pay, they are blaming performance issues, skills.. The biggest idiot here is the one who gave the No. 1 ethical company to HCLtech....
