Trending @HCL; Hi Have noticed in HCL now 70%employees in every project are from TechBee and only 30% are senior and all this TechBees are making reels😭

Making Reels made you bad or because of their work 😂?.. just would like to know from you.

Actually I'm a Techbee too.. but I'm Senior Analyst and led a Team too and it is worth noting that I didn't made any reels 🤣

I have to disagree as they are deploying techbee in low skill and experience rolls, in my project we re only two techbees here others are senior

I think compared to graduate freshers, they're way more equipped with real IT skills and experience.

It’s for cost arbitrage. Techbees will be paid comparatively lower than others so that it brings the required margins for the company and thereby better profitability and investor confidence.
