Trending @HCL; Hi folks, can anyone have any information about yearly appraisals..???? when will be letters rolled out..?? By when it will get effective

As per HR, E0-E2 letters will be released by December end and for E3 and above will be Jan’26 end or Feb starting effective from Jan’26

It will probably be released by December month for the E0 and E2 band , Effective from October month.
