Currently I have been working with HCL from last 3years and 7 months now still my band is 1.1 Analyst my manager says I had given your name for the promotion but still I am on 1.1 band Any suggestions on this I am not planning for switch for my personal reasons could any suggest with me on it Previous ratings: GP EP EP

Promotion happens only when someone get consecutive 2 EP or DP ratings... Otherwise all are fake promises....

Considering this still what if the manager's doesn't promote you, won't it happen auto by HR?

simple.... ur RM is using u... get out of the comfortzone, start fresh with fresh mind else u will build up t mental pressure on u.... That is too dangerous at this small age....
