Trending @HCL; HCLtech is scamming
While joining HCLtech I was promised by the HR that 15 days relocation will be provided . But I need to prepay which will be reimbursed later .
So I prepaid 36000 INR at the hotel and stayed . Now I have raised for reimbursement request in MY SAP concur application. I have the bills , conversation with the recruiter who booked the hotel for me all attached in the receipt section for the approval.
My manager has approved the request but the HR is such a disgrace .
Firstly he doesn't respond at all , I sent an email to his manager . The manager is saying that I need L4 approval .
What is that ? Why so much hastle for reimbursement. I can clearly see that the amount is pending with the HR . The HR department in HCLtech is worse . It's an utter disgrace .
For me also they said they would provide the reimbursement regarding flight tickets as it was during the holiday season, but HR told as per my band I'm only eligible for the train ticket reimbursement
Which band do you belong to? HCL follows a certain amount for specific band people. If it exceeds the amount then it goes to L4 approval. Even though showcasing as it is pending with HR. They need L4 approval if it crossing. They ask for relocation letter and some other docs even though they are aware.
Drop an email with your manager, L4 head, HR and do follow up.
I believe if it is less than fixed money. No need of L4 head approval
I belong to E2 band. The amount is 36000. I am not sure but another colleague of mine did not require L4 approval. His amount was 12000
