Hi, I recently joined HCL and have 5 years of experience. I wanted to inquire about the benching period here. I joined in July but haven't been assigned to a project yet.

If you are in ERS its 45 working days and for other might be max 2-3 months. I know few people who are in bench for 8 months but they are from DFS. So it depends and vary according to the BU.

keep looking for proj.... search internal leap portal.try to get the project sooner else u r loosing ur Variable Pay atttibute.
