Trending @HCL; HCL Transfer process???
I applied for a T2ID program last month for August. I applied to the Program within an hour of receiving it. I even shared SDM approval the next day.
My SDM gave approval for training by releasing me from the current project giving me the reason that after this training they won't need me. Training was for Azure AD.
I got released from my project and the Training team rejected my nomination saying that the cap limit was full.
Now, I am on the bench and I am not even eligible for such programs.
And now the HCL bench team is transferring me to the Lucknow location . Due to being on the bench, now I am guessing my appraisal won't be happening this year. How I am supposed to move to a new city and shift there in the middle of the month. Clearly, they made things worse for me
Best answer LEAVE, If you can't do that due to any issue dont go for Lucknow and ask for any other Non Prime Location.
I can expect you are from South, so ask HR or respective person to transfer to Vijaywada, Nagpur or any other near to you.
If nothing works then also simply dont go to Lucknow they will communicate on their own if they issue if they dont u should also not.
Do you think leaving a company is an easy task ?
