Hcl HR SAID HR going to terminate me.

What's is the notice period for that?? 30 days or 90days??

Will I get 3 month salary??(Basic or full)

Will I get experience letter??(Any bad remarks)

Notice period can be decreased to 30days if your Project managers allows for the same. And you will get the full salary after 45days with all the relieving documents.

If in case you are serving 30days notice you will get the full salary in 45days. Else if the notice is of 3months, then the salary comes in 2parts.

Way too many holes on your story. Nothing adds up. This is a frivolous reason & they won't fire on such flimsy grounds. See.s there's more to it then you are letting people know.

In HCL I have personally recommend firing 1 person for coming drunk to office and misbehaving with a female team member.
