Trending @HCL; @HCL Team need an urgent advice on changine technology

"Hi Team,

I am currently at level 3.1 and well-settled in my project, working with Office 365. Recently, I enrolled in the Azure Infrastructure Engineer course and have passed the initial phase; I’m now moving into the training. However, I’m facing a dilemma.

My manager has advised that it might be risky to pursue this path, as both the SDM and Project Manager prefer experienced individuals at the L3 level. Since I would be new to Azure, I wonder if this transition is worth the risk.

On the other hand, I feel that 'no pain, no gain'—in a year or two, I could potentially become a Solution Architect in Azure, which has a promising future. I would really appreciate your feedback on this decision.
