I joined HCL last year in May and stuck in a garbage project with no learning scope, is there any way to get out of this project
Ask for release from the project if denied reduced your efficiency automatically they will kick out from project and take the suitable project.
This is the biggest drawback of HCL, you can't leave project on yourself until they're getting billing from the client if you really want to change your life then learn, be skilled and change project or company.
Don't blame the time. If you're capable you'll get good things then..
Btw there is a policy that you can change after 18 months but I don't know anyone who got change because HCL don't apply their policies on themselves.
There is no projects transparency in hcl. They act as so encapsulated to l1 l2 l3 l4 guys. Only l5 and above have projects visibility.
