Understanding Benefits:
What are the standard benefits for HCL employees during their notice period
Pressure and Repercussions:
If I refuse to work under this increased pressure, will it affect my final paycheck or my relieving letter? Let's Discuss!
Share your experiences and insights in the comments below. Maybe together we can find some solutions to navigate this challenging situation.

First thing you can’t hold your final pay check as per labour law F&F should be made within 45days if not you can pull them to court.
Second thing relieving letter should be provided within 2weeks of max nowadays they are giving it in 3-4days.
With respect to work pressure you can openly say that you have resigned because of the workload and still assigning overload ! Also you can ensure you are not extending your work hours no matter what.

Thanks bro
IKR... A friend of mine who has a lot more experience and used to lead a team resigned. They piled up so many things on him in his notice period. He worked till the last day of his notice period and I felt very bad for him. And scared as well as it might happen to me as well when I'll leave 🥲

Too much

Even with my colleague, it happens the same
Till last date he was working on project and even manager inform to postpone his last working day for next week due to overload work.
After submitting paper and in notice period how can a manager ask him to work that too over limit and working overtime as well.
Holding him every day till work not finished and giving another work by next day to finish it.
It happens till last day and beyond notice period end as well as i remember he handover laptop after a week of his actual last working day.

Sometimes based on project and team members lazy other employees will get more workload
If you are actually in notice period, you mostly not required to work on huge tasks rather inform them about your notice period.
Notice period generally came in picture that employee can train other person who will be replacing you not for overload work in last moment.
You can politely refuse the work and can guide other person to work and it won't effect in final paycheck and relieving letter.

If you’re not intended to have over workload, show it to your management as after your release they’ll be the one responsible for any consequences done by you !
Just Talk that’s it, what worst they can do with you, maybe early release !

It is so much ridiculous
