HCL has stooped down to this level. Please don't be bothered by these legal notices, nothing is gonna happen. If you have already got your experience letter and your FnF settlement, just chill. Use that legal notice paper to eat pakoda on it.
How..if you are in project .you should have timesheet report .just export these report on monthly irbweekly basis..they can't say you are absent if your time sheet approved ..you can reply with report and keep cc to hr RM and your manager rm
