Trending @HCL; HCL has its own PF trust, not EPFO UAN. If an employee resigns or joins a new company with EPFO, how is PF transfer/withdrawal handled?

There's a method to transfer PF fund from exempted PF Trust like HCL's PF to the EPFO using form 13, please search the same

We have transfer in option after leaving from HCL which will be enabled after 45 days Else we have a withdrawal option which will be enabled after 60 days
