Why is the compensation of a consultant from the Practice Domain, who is assigned to a project, still determined by the Practice Domain instead of the project team? Who has a better understanding of the consultant’s work – the Practice Domain or the Project Domain? Is this strategy by business managers aimed at exploiting employees' efforts while evading accountability through a blame game?
