But here we are still working for the company is it not? Do any of us have the guts to put down papers? No…we keep cribbing…whilst the senior management earn well basis the work we do for clients. So, high time to upskill and move. Do not stay put in a company for more than 2 years.

HCL didn't give even 5% of increment this FY....it's completely fake news that they gave a 7% hike to their employees.
