Hi All,
1year completion on 30 Sep 2023.
I got a hike for completing one year effective 1st Jan 2024 and I was assigned to one more annual cycle(JFM'24). Will I got one more hike for completing the annual cycle.
Could anyone please clarify.....!

That compensation letter which you get is of Interim compensation letter. And under JFM-24 annual cycle, you will get annual compensation letter
