I think HCL is the only organization who gives promotion with compensation unchanged.

Not surprised they get too much profit each quarters.

Same for me as well...got 4% hike for DP Rating.. when I asked about hike for promotion ..they said there will no hike for promotion...even I am not sure why we need to put effort to get promoted
