Its been 8months I joined but still we are not deployed into any project and we were pushed into many trainings what should I do i can't see any growth neither getting any project opportunity what should I do

You need to ask your Bench manager to push into a new project immediately, otherwise they will initiate the PIP for you(45 days program for performance improvement) Ask your peer , having any vacancies. As soon as possible get into the project it's better for your future growth
