Trending @HCL; For me now 3.5lpa, if I got dp in appraisal means how much it's will be increase?

Bhai tujhe main ek cheez btata hoon how this appraisal works in HCL and pls dont be disheartened by reading this.

Dekho this DP , EP is great and i am having DP rating since 2 yrs now. But it really doesnt matter. How this works is : your L4 who is a PNL would have a budget lets say tumari team main 8 log hai he would get 40 L ka budget and now he has to spread that across 8 members with respect to Bands and nominal percentage hike.

Lets say there is someone who is E3.1 jiska salary bracket is 24-28 LPA so if he gets 8% hike so doing the correct maths remaining will be distributed amongst others. Plus that 50L is inclusive of hikes, travel, other miscellaneous charges. And L4 would be atleast global director , director or AVP level.

So dp lao ya EP it doesnt matter tumko haa variable pay out pura mil jaega. But it really doesnt impact your salary

I think after appraisal your LPA will be 4.7 aur 5.32

Which process are you working for that they’re paying only 3.5LPA?

As per reports, For GP, there are going to increase any amount this year in appraisal

8% of 3.5 is 28k a year.......this year don't know how much they will increase
