Even after one year..they will give you interim appraisal, that will 300-400 difference in monthly salary. And after that you should be frustrated and leave HCL.
i have one doubt, i joined SAP DBS On October 2024, but I got into a project where my roles was to handle only escalation but i couldn’t so they gave me 4.5 ratings for OND quarter. And for yearly ratings JFM 2025 on April what if I get ratings as less than 5, will it impact my job , or will be on probation extension ( which is 6 months automatically confirmed on April 282025) or will I be on Pip or I will be asked to leave by HR? Hope i don’t have to worry for 1 year of my joining which will be Oct 28 2025
But until we complete year, will we get yearly ratings for April? For JFM quarter ratings what if we get below ratings, will our job be in risk or we will put in bench or Pip
