Trending @HCL; For EP rating in appraisal how much % of increment can be expected?
Totally depends on the manager rating doesn’t mean anything. Each year projects allocate some budget for each track and the manager suppose to share it among the employees. If you are TSS or Techbee then it differs cause HCL gives you increment according to your rating EP - 3.8k ish somewhere around not sure.
So on the basis of released budget it will allocated to project employee on basis of existing package or equally ?
Don't ever expect equally and also never expect based on your work dedication. Totally how you show off with your manager. If you work hard silently and other just show off with manager then other person will get more increment than yours I experienced 2 times here
I'm a Techbee and I've received 3 DPs for 3 years and the % increment has been ~25%, EP it's ~20% and GP its ~15%. I don't know about others tho.

High Ratings are illusion... Stay away for lower rating. Appraisal doesn't happen based on ratings but firing can.
No idea about appraisal but you will get 85% of your yearly variable pay on ep
EP for consecutive 2 years. 3% appraisal.
